Claims Made Simple

With Toco, claims are as straightforward as getting your car to a licensed repair facility. All paperwork and payment will be taken care of from there.

 
 

If your vehicle is: Disabled

  1. Call 24 hr. roadside assistance at 866.751.3076
  2. Provide the producer code: 65448
  3. Provide your Vehicle Service Contract Number on your registration page and your plan letter, which is B.
 

If your vehicle is: Functioning

  1. Take your vehicle to a licensed repair facility
  2. Provide facility with a copy of your contract or your contract number
  3. Call 800.616.1215 to register repairs with the administrator

NOTE: All claims must be authorized by the Toco contract Administrator prior to any repairs being performed.
